A day at Monterey Bay

Fishes. The girl loves fishes...and jellyfish...and starfish...and more jellyfish. This was never more apparent then last weekend when we traveled to the coast and paid the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium on Cannery Row a visit. We've been promising Miss Daisy a trip to a real aquarium ever since she caught site of a small one in a Dr's office earlier this year. She was fascinated to say the least. The trip to the MB aquarium was memorable and words don't really do the experience justice, but let's just say the kid was impressed with what 'ol mom and dad showed her last Saturday - more oohs and ahhs than the Fourth of July.
