In the spirit of my previous rant titled 'A true Wisconsin post' a friend of ours out in California, Cindy Cleveland, sent us the following California viewpoint along the same lines. Again, below are some of the highlights from the CA-version of "...you might live in…" Quite frankly, some of these scare Sam and I. Thanks Cindy!
You make over $250,000 a year and still can't afford a house.
A really great parking space can move you to tears.
Everyone who lives here knows that hurricanes, tornadoes, floods and snowstorms are way worse than earthquakes, which are, after all, over almost as soon as you realize what's happening.
Your governor is the Terminator.
You have a very strong opinion about where your coffee beans are grown, and can taste the difference between Sumatran and Ethiopian.
Your car insurance costs as much as your house payment.
That pretty much sums it up, like totally!
