The real 'Christmas Story' home

As friends and family of mine can attest to, I've been a longtime fan of the movie A Christmas Story by Jean Shepherd. I even sneak in a few showings during the 24-hour marathon over Christmas on TNT, but one guy's passion for the film is pretty amazing.

According to CNN, an individual in Cleveland, the primary location used to film the movie, bought Ralphie's home - literally. What he's done is purchase the home used for the exterior shots, restored the interior to match the film, and opened it for public tours. Now that's pretty hardcore fandom. When reading the full article, Fan brings 'Christmas Story' house to life on CNN, you get the sense he's financed his project by selling replica leg lamps.

I think Sam, Daisy and I will have to add that to our list of must see locations!
